Cancellation Policy Please allow 24 hours for cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of services or deduction of gift certificate balance. Same day cancellations and no-show clients will incur a 100% charge of services. ​ Refund policy There is no refund on package purchases, gift cards/or opened products, and the service that has been started. ​
